Ammad Rehman has a background in valuation and Mergers and Acquisitions, where he uses research, due diligence, and financial analysis to help understand how businesses operate and what drives their performance. He has worked in financial services and financial technology, giving him a solid base for evaluating companies and their growth potential.

He has contributed to projects that required careful analysis and clear recommendations, including a review of eight potential clinic locations for a growing physician group. That work involved studying unit economics and possible overlap between sites to help senior leaders decide where to expand.

Ammad was drawn to Merritt Point because he wanted to be part of a growing organization where he could make a meaningful impact. He enjoys working with a team, building relationships, and helping support the practice’s long term goals.

Outside of work, Ammad enjoys soccer and golf and follows Arsenal and the Dallas Cowboys. He volunteers at food drives and charity basketball tournaments through his local mosque, guided by advice he values: take care of the people around you and be kind.
