Throughout her career, Nancy has built a reputation as a trusted point of contact for clients and advisors. She provides high level support across account management, operational oversight, and compliance, helping ensure a smooth and consistent client experience. Nancy is particularly proud of her service on the Client Associate Advisory Council, where she contributed insights that helped shape firmwide improvements. Outside the office, she enjoys curling with her team, Chicks and Stones, and spending time at the beach with her family. She has strong ties to Portugal through study and cultural immersion programs, including time at the University of Coimbra and an internship at the American Embassy in Lisbon. Nancy is also active in her local community, serving on her children’s Elementary School Advisory Council to support school improvement and engagement efforts.
